Plenty of organisations do not have a tool problem. They have processes that grew over years, Excel, Access and VBA workarounds, temporary M365 setups, breaks between systems, and teams who have somehow been working around all of it for years.
That is where we work.
Agile-IS modernises business-critical processes and the services close to them. We turn ways of working that grew by accident into dependable digital solutions — with M365, the Power Platform, automation, AI or custom software where that is the sensible answer.
We are not looking for a pure developer. Nor for a consultant who only writes concepts. We are looking for someone who talks to clients, understands the problem, sorts out the process and builds something that works from it.
Your role
You work directly with clients on small to medium solutions, bringing consulting and delivery together.
Typical topics:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint and Teams
- automating manual routines
- AI support for recurring tasks
- modernising business applications that grew over time
What matters is not that you have mastered every tool. What matters is that you understand a business problem, translate it cleanly, and know when to pull in support from the team.
You’ll fit here if you …
- speak and write very good German
- bring at least 5 years of professional experience after a degree or comparable training
- enjoy working directly with clients
- not only build technical solutions but explain them
- have experience with M365, the Power Platform or comparable environments
- want to work with us on site and are willing to travel to client meetings
- can work independently without going it alone
