Our journey
From software delivery to modernisation partner.
Our role as a modernisation partner was not created as a marketing concept. It grew out of years of working with established applications, temporary solutions and business processes in complex organisations.

Building solutions with clients
Boris Hofmann begins working independently on custom information solutions. From the outset, the focus is on creating solutions with clients that deliver real operational value rather than simply implementing fixed specifications.

A major banking project becomes a company
A large migration programme in the banking sector becomes the foundation for Agile-IS GmbH. The name combines “Agile”, reflecting the preferred delivery model, with “IS” for the original focus on “Information Solutions”.

Turning established solutions into sustainable applications
Increasingly, our work focuses on taking established applications and business-critical temporary solutions to a professional level — including SharePoint, Azure, web applications and integration with existing systems.
